Job Summary: The professional will work in the bakery production area, assisting in various stages from dough preparation to packaging and organizing products, following hygiene and safety standards. Oven control and packaging of finished products **Job Responsibilities:** Work in the production area within the bakery department **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 9:18 PM **to 6:00 AM** **Responsibilities:** * **Assist in operating mixers, mixers, conveyors, molds, belts, etc.** * **Load/unload molds or utensils.** * **Shape bread, savory snacks, cakes, or similar items according to standards.** * **Cut or divide dough according to specifications.** * **Assist in oven control and monitoring of baking.** * **Visually inspect baking point, color, and size.** * **Package finished products.** * **Labeling, organizing into boxes, palletizing, or temporary storage.** * **Clean machines, utensils, molds, and work surfaces.** * **Report non-conforming products or defects to the supervisor.** * **Comply with occupational safety, hygiene, PPE, and good manufacturing practices.** **Benefits:** * Flexible meal/food allowance \- Flash Benefits * Night shift allowance Job Type: Full-time, CLT Permanent Position Compensation: Starting from R$1\.655,00 per month Benefits: * Food allowance Work Location: On-site
