Calm and responsible emergency support **Department:** Front Desk **Schedule:** Day shift (12x36 rotation)** **Job Summary:** Responsible for providing guest service during the night shift, performing check\-ins and check\-outs, answering phone calls, maintaining security and tranquility in the premises, and carrying out typical administrative and financial procedures for the shift. **Main Responsibilities:** * Greet guests cordially and efficiently during check\-in, check\-out, and other requests. * Monitor entry and exit of individuals to ensure hotel security during nighttime hours. * Keep the front desk organized and up to date. * Conduct nightly audit (daily cash closing, verification of entries, and financial reports). * Answer telephone calls and route them to the appropriate departments. * Provide calm and responsible support during medical emergencies or unexpected situations. * Coordinate with security, maintenance, and housekeeping teams in situations requiring immediate assistance. * Prepare reports and shift handover documentation for the day team. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (technical course in Hospitality or Tourism preferred). * Prior experience in this role or in customer service. * Basic knowledge of reservation/hotel management systems (e.g., CMnet, Opera, etc.). * Intermediate English (desirable). * Availability for night shifts, including weekends and holidays. * Proactive, responsible, and discreet personality.
