




Job Summary: The professional will greet and serve guests, manage reservations and flow, accompany customers, provide information, and maintain interdepartmental communication. Assistance in organizing the environment for customer comfort MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Greet and provide initial service with friendliness and cordiality, following protocols and etiquette rules; * Manage reservations, waiting lists, cash handling, and people flow in the restaurant; * Accompany guests to tables, banquet halls, or specific areas; * Provide information regarding menus, operating hours, events, and hotel regulations; * Maintain communication with reception, waitstaff, kitchen, and other departments; * Assist in arranging the dining hall to enhance customer comfort. REQUIREMENTS: * Completed high school education; currently pursuing higher education in Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields is a plus; * **Advanced English proficiency** (Mandatory command of English for serving foreign guests/customers); * Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, restaurants, or events; * Friendliness, cordiality, and focus on service excellence; * Basic computer skills (reservation and control systems); * Availability to work from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM on a 6x1 rotating schedule.
