Ensuring a positive online customer experience **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Provide customer service via digital channels (WhatsApp, website, social media, and delivery platforms); * Assist in receiving and processing orders placed on the e\-commerce platform; * Track orders from confirmation through to customer delivery; * Clarify customer inquiries regarding products, orders, delivery timelines, and payment methods; * Update product information, pricing, and availability in the system or online platform; * Support daily order organization and control; * Record incidents and forward requests to responsible departments when necessary; * Contribute to ensuring a positive customer experience in online service. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed high school education; * Customer service experience; * Strong written and verbal communication skills; * Basic computer literacy and familiarity with digital systems or platforms; * Organizational skills and responsiveness in customer service. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in e\-commerce or delivery platform customer service; * Knowledge of social media and WhatsApp Business customer service; * Experience in the restaurant or food industry. **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance; * On\-site meals; * Health and dental insurance (after probationary period); * Partnerships with educational institutions. **Working Hours:** * Business hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Salary: R$1\.674,50 \- R$1\.800,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work Location: On\-site
