Raiz Cozinha Brasileira is a restaurant offering an authentic Brazilian culinary experience. With traditional dishes and fresh ingredients, we aim to revive the roots of our gastronomy. **Responsibilities:** Food Preparation: perform pre\-preparation (production, portioning, sauces, cuts, seasoning) according to technical sheets. Dish Execution: apply appropriate techniques (grilling, roasting, boiling, frying), ensuring consistency and menu standards. Plating and Presentation: finish dishes with visual quality and within the specified time. Kitchen Organization: maintain clean and organized work surfaces, sanitize equipment and utensils. Inventory Control: assist in receiving and storing supplies, monitor expiration dates, and report replenishment needs. Collaboration: work jointly with assistants, waiters and chef, ensuring coordination between kitchen and dining room. Safety and Hygiene Standards: comply with hygiene protocols, food handling procedures, and proper use of PPE. Previous experience as Head Chef, Assistant Chef, Restaurant Chef or Buffet Chef may indicate alignment with some of the activities of this position. High school diploma required.
