We seek committed and passionate individuals to join our team and grow together with us.* **Requirements:** * Proficiency in culinary techniques * Basic knowledge of inventory control and storage * Agility in executing tasks in high-demand environments **Responsibilities:** * Food Preparation: perform pre-preparation (production, portioning, sauces, cutting, seasoning) according to technical specifications. * Dish Execution: apply appropriate cooking techniques (grilling, roasting, boiling, frying), ensuring consistency and adherence to menu standards. * Plating and Presentation: complete dishes with visual quality and within the specified time frame. * Kitchen Organization: maintain clean and organized work surfaces; sanitize equipment and utensils. * Inventory Control: assist in receiving and storing supplies, monitor expiration dates, and report restocking needs. * Collaboration: work closely with kitchen assistants, servers, and the chef to ensure seamless coordination between kitchen and dining room. * Safety and Hygiene Standards: comply with hygiene protocols, food handling procedures, and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). **Opportunity Details:** Salary: To be negotiated.
