Opportunity to assist in wine sales **Job Summary:** We are seeking a Bartender to work at the restaurant’s bar, responsible for preparing and serving beverages, cocktails, beers, and similar items per waitstaff requests. The professional will also set up and organize their workstation, verify and control supplies, maintain workplace hygiene, cleaning, and safety, conduct bottle counts, and, when necessary, assist in wine sales. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise workplace cleanliness; * Set up and dismantle their workstation; * Monitor and prepare necessary ingredients for beverage preparation, such as ice, fruits, etc.; * Follow hygiene rules and best practices for beverage preparation according to ANVISA guidelines; * Conduct beverage inventory counts; * Prepare cocktails and juices. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience as a Bartender; * Flexible availability; * Proactivity and ability to work in a team. **Benefits:** * Medical assistance (50% of monthly premium covered by the company, with co-payment); * Dental assistance (free for the employee); * Fuel allowance or transportation voucher; * Life insurance (at no cost); * On-site meals; * Pharmacy card. **Working Hours:** * 4:00 PM to 12:20 AM (6-day workweek, 1 day off) **Compensation:** * Fixed salary: R$ 1,697.00 per month * Average commission of R$ 600.00 per month * Potential for additional earnings.
