Support the structuring and management of documents. Assist in managing and tracking service provider (PJ) contracts. Provide administrative support related to occupational health. Update spreadsheets and internal controls. Organize files, both physical and digital. Provide assistance in general Human Resources department activities. Previous roles such as HR Intern, People Management Apprentice, Recruitment Apprentice, or Junior HR Assistant may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. High school education in progress.
