Communication skills and attention to detail are crucial **HOTEL IN FORTALEZA HIRING – HOUSEKEEPER:** REQUIREMENTS: \- Experience in this role \- Responsibility and commitment \- Flexible availability \- Proactivity KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform CHECK-OUTS as per required configuration \- cleaning, replenishment of amenities, and minibar restocking for pre-allocated or sold UHS; \* Record start time of each CHECK-OUT and, upon completion, enter: \*46, then call the on-duty Housekeeping Supervisor; \* Perform ROOM TIDYING \- cleaning, replenishment of amenities, and minibar restocking for occupied UHS; \* Record start time of each ROOM TIDYING and, upon completion, enter: \*44, then call the on-duty Housekeeping Supervisor; \* Restock and record minibar consumption (on standard charge slip) for OCCUPIED UHS; \* Submit minibar charge slips for OCCUPIED UHS to the Housekeeping Supervisor; if unavailable, submit them to the FRONT OFFICE (with proper documentation); \* Inspect functionality of equipment in both OCCUPIED and VACANT UHS; \* Notify the on-duty Housekeeping Supervisor — or, if unavailable, notify the FRONT OFFICE — regarding UHS with equipment malfunctions or other possible structural damage; \* Ensure organization and control over all procedures within the HOUSEKEEPING DEPARTMENT; \* Daily review and, when necessary, document in the INCIDENT LOGBOOK any changes, irregularities, unusual or harmful events, guest complaints, abnormalities observed during one’s shift, or other incidents.
