Ensure uniform and high-quality finishes **Job Opening: Painter – Civil Construction** Idealize Engenharia is seeking a qualified professional to work as a Painter, contributing to the execution of high-standard civil construction projects. **Summary of Responsibilities:** * Prepare surfaces for painting (sanding, leveling, correcting imperfections, removing old paint); * Apply filler, sealer, primers, and undercoats as required; * Perform interior and exterior painting according to established standards; * Carry out touch-ups and corrections to ensure uniform finishes; * Prepare and mix paints, observing colors, proportions, and technical specifications; * Protect furniture, floors, and areas not intended for painting; * Maintain tools, materials, and equipment organized and in good condition; * Comply with occupational safety regulations and properly use PPE; * Assist in selecting materials and paint types when requested. **Education:** * Completed high school (preferred). **Experience:** * Prior experience as a painter in civil construction; * Knowledge of various types of paints, textures, and application techniques; * Proficiency in working with filler, textured coatings (grafiato), and other finishes; * Ability to read small-scale project drawings, sketches, and site instructions; * Attention to detail and precision in finishing. **Job Competencies:** * Organization; * Agility; * Good communication; * Responsibility; * Teamwork; * Meticulousness and focus on quality. **Working Hours:** * 44 hours per week. **Salary:** * Market-competitive.
