Job Summary: The professional will identify and negotiate locations for outdoor advertising installation, prepare proposals and contracts, and manage licensing documentation. Key Highlights: 1. Identification and negotiation of outdoor advertising spaces 2. Preparation of leasing proposals and contracts 3. Management of documentation and regularization of advertising licenses RESPONSIBILITIES: * Identify and visit areas with potential for installation of advertising structures: billboards, Front Light, panels, and LED totems; * Contact and negotiate with property and landowners. * Prepare leasing proposals and contracts for advertising spaces. * Maintain an updated database of available and active locations. * Assist in documentary regularization and inspection follow-up. * Collaborate with the company's commercial and operational departments. * Monitor and process advertising structure licensing documentation and renewals with SEUMA. * Take photos of advertising structures and perform system check-in. Owning a motorcycle is a plus. Experience in external sales / negotiations.
