Focus on workplace safety and organization **Job Opening: Mason – Civil Construction** Idealize Engenharia is seeking a qualified professional to work as a Mason, contributing to the execution of high-standard civil construction projects. **Summary of Responsibilities:** * Perform masonry, cladding, concrete, foundation, flooring, and tile installation works; * Erect walls, fences, and partitions, as well as apply internal and external plastering and scratch coats; * Interpret and follow project drawings, blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications; * Carry out demolitions, repairs, and renovations on existing structures; * Prepare and apply mortars, concrete, grouts, and other construction materials; * Assist in alignment, leveling, and plumb of structures; * Collaborate with carpenters, assistants, electricians, and other construction professionals; * Comply with occupational safety regulations, correctly use PPE, and maintain a clean and organized work environment; * Report defects, material shortages, or required design adjustments to immediate supervisor. **Education:** * Completed high school (preferred). **Experience:** * Proven experience as a mason in civil construction, renovation, or building maintenance. **Job Competencies:** * Masonry, cladding, and concrete techniques; * Basic ability to read construction drawings; * Knowledge of measurements, levels, plumb lines, and squares; * Familiarity with construction materials and proper use of tools; * Attention to detail; * Commitment; * Agility and productivity; * Teamwork; * Responsibility; * Organization; * Focus on safety. **Working Hours:** * 44 hours per week. **Salary:** * Market-competitive.
