Job Summary: A professional responsible for planning, supervising, and ensuring preventive and corrective maintenance of material handling equipment, managing teams, and guaranteeing compliance with safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. Planning and supervision of maintenance for material handling equipment 2. Management of maintenance technician teams 3. Ensuring equipment safety and availability * Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of forklifts, electric pallet jacks, diesel-powered pallet jacks, LPG combustion pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment. * Control equipment checkout processes (checklist) in detail. * Manage internal maintenance technician teams. * Request spare parts and supplies for maintenance from the warehouse. * Ensure equipment is always available and safe for operation, releasing it only after completion of the detailed checklist. * Develop corrective maintenance schedules to prevent delivery of damaged equipment or substandard maintenance quality. * Monitor performance indicators (mean time to repair, equipment availability). * Respond promptly to requests from the sales team, meeting deadlines with full quality assurance. * Ensure compliance with occupational safety standards and technical regulations.
