What you will do: In this role, you will be responsible for: ✓ Acting as a real-time operator at the Operations Center, managing emergency response within the distribution system under your area of responsibility while complying with all safety requirements; ✓ Supervising alerts and incidents within your area of responsibility to detect, group, and manage mass and individual responses; ✓ Assigning and coordinating field emergency response teams to address mass alerts and incidents; ✓ Recording incidents with the necessary information for managing supply quality; ✓ Maintaining records of emergency response process controls; ✓ Ensuring clear and effective operational communication; ✓ Handling scheduled interventions and unscheduled outages; ✓ Authorizing and monitoring other scheduled interventions, as well as unscheduled interventions arising from diverse information requests from field teams. Ensure accurate use of operational communication. What we expect from you: ✓ Required skills: Knowledge of field execution processes for emergency response activities; Knowledge of systems used, such as Oper\-BT and e\-order. ✓ Required professional experience: Prior experience in a similar role. ✓ Educational background: Technical degree in Electrotechnology ✓ Language: Fluent English; Spanish is a plus Why join us?
