Financial monitoring **WE ARE A COMPANY SPECIALIZED IN THE DISTRIBUTION OF MEDICAL-HOSPITAL PRODUCTS – in São Paulo / SP** We seek candidates with an analytical profile, high level of organization and focused attention, proactivity, interpersonal communication skills, experience in billing, tax and fiscal knowledge, accounts payable monitoring, bank reconciliation, and basic understanding of accounting closing. **Responsibilities and Duties** Carry out the billing process and issuance of collection bills; Validate tax calculation and withholding; Manage cancellation of invoices; Analyze the need to issue correction letters; Monitor compliance with tax obligations; Maintain updated customer records; Contact customers for order release and registration. **Requirements and Qualifications** Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, or related fields; Experience in Billing; Knowledge of tax obligations, SEFAZ, and others; SAP B1 knowledge is a plus; Proficiency in MS\-Office suite, with emphasis on Excel.
