




Job Description: Responsibilities: * Experience in calculating vacation pay, payroll, biweekly payroll, termination settlements, 13th-month salary, etc.; * Register employee onboarding in the system; * Provide customer service to office clients; * Represent the company as a legal representative during labor inspections or wherever required; * Participate in homologation procedures when necessary; * Submit ancillary obligations (RAIS, DIRF, SEFIP, DCTFWEB, EFD-Reinf, and e-Social, IBGE); * Calculate social security charges; * Experience in calculating vacation and 13th-month salary provisions; * Attend client meetings in person or online via Google Meet or Microsoft Teams; * Knowledge of Labor Laws and Social Security Regulations; * Prior experience at an accounting firm is mandatory; Requirements: * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related fields; * Advanced Excel proficiency; * Availability to work 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday); * Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus; * Familiarity with the Domínio system is a plus; * Familiarity with the Totvs Protheus (Payroll Management) system is a plus; * Personal attributes: strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, focus, teamwork orientation, agility, commitment, ethics, initiative, and organizational ability.
