Your journey can start now. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor the training matrix, ensuring control over deadlines and expirations of mandatory trainings; * Schedule and manage regulatory trainings (NRs, onboarding, refresher courses, among others); * Update and archive attendance lists and certificates, ensuring information compliance; * Support logistical organization of trainings (invitations, venues, materials, vendors); * Maintain updated training reports and metrics, flagging pending items and refresher needs; * Support the team during internal and external audits, ensuring availability of training evidence; * Contribute to development initiatives and programs promoted by the People and Culture department. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Occupational Safety, or related fields; * Prior experience in HR administrative routines, Training & Development, or SESMT is desirable; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Intermediate Excel); Basic knowledge of regulatory training management (NRs). * **Additional Information** * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * On-site meals; * Food allowance; * Transportation allowance; * Pharmacy card; * Life insurance; * TotalPass; * Fornecedora+ Program; Opportunity for growth. * Founded in 1955 by João Arruda Ribeiro—"Joãozito Arruda"—Grupo Fornecedora established itself in Ceará as a pioneer in selling parts and equipment for construction, mining, equipment rental, and industry.
