Each talent contributes to an environment of innovation and respect. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Drafting internal and external announcements. * Supporting the organization of corporate events. * Managing content across social media platforms. * Collaborating on the creation of promotional and informative materials. * Maintaining and updating the company intranet. * Responding to inquiries and interactions on the company’s social media channels. * Collecting and analyzing data for communication performance reports. * Supporting the production of corporate presentations and documents. * Coordinating interviews and gathering testimonials for internal publications. * Conducting market research to support effective communication strategies. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising and Public Relations/Social Communication, Human Resources, or related fields; Familiarity with Adobe tools, video editing software, Photoshop, and Canvas is desirable. * **Additional Information** Fully company-funded health insurance; Dental plan; On-site meals; Basic food basket; Transportation allowance; Life insurance; Education assistance: available after one year of employment; SESC and SESI partnerships; Total Pass partnership; Emotional Health Program; Workplace gymnastics.
