Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Commercial Consultant to manage an existing client portfolio and prospect new business opportunities, including negotiation of complex contracts. Negotiation of high-complexity commercial contracts **Position: Commercial Consultant** We are looking for a dynamic professional with a commercial mindset and strong results orientation to manage a client portfolio and proactively prospect new business opportunities. Main Responsibilities * Management and development of a proprietary client portfolio; * Structured proactive prospecting of new clients; * Negotiation of high-complexity commercial contracts; * Strategic relationship management with industry stakeholders and partners; * Sales pipeline management; * Monitoring and achievement of monthly targets; * External visits for prospecting and client relationship management. Requirements * Experience in sales within the **forklifts, automotive, cranes, or agricultural machinery** sectors; * Prior experience selling products and/or services; * Call center experience is considered a competitive advantage; * Undergraduate degree in progress in **Administrative or related fields**; * Basic knowledge of **Power BI**; * Intermediate English (**advantage**); * **Driver's License Category B** (company provides vehicle for external visits); * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite** (Word, Excel, etc.); * Knowledge of **negotiation techniques** is considered an advantage. **Note:** The professional will start the day at the office, register attendance, and use the company vehicle for external visits and prospecting, returning to the office at the end of the workday. The vehicle is equipped with location tracking; therefore, the candidate must demonstrate responsibility and commitment to professional use of this resource. Working Hours * **Monday to Friday:** 7:45 AM to 5:30 PM Compensation * **Salary:** R$ 2.235,98 Benefits * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Food basket * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance * **R$ 1,500.00 onboarding allowance** for the **first three months**, followed by monthly contract-based commissions.
