If you thrive on the challenge of transforming both people and organizations, this is the team for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Analyze costs, expenses, and benefits metrics**, supporting decision-making. * **Monitor employee utilization of and satisfaction with benefits**, identifying discrepancies and improvement opportunities. * **Manage contracts, audits, and partnerships with benefits providers**, ensuring quality and cost control. * **Develop and support initiatives** in health, well-being, safety, and recognition. * **Support employees on social security leave or work-related accident leave**. * **Provide internal assistance** and guidance on HR processes and procedures. * **Propose continuous improvements** to Benefits area processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Bachelor’s degree completed** in one of the following fields: Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related disciplines. * Knowledge of **social security legislation** applicable to the Benefits area. * Understanding of **public policies related to health and well-being**. * Experience or interest in **preventive health initiatives** and quality-of-life promotion. * Familiarity with **corporate benefits and their policies**, such as transportation, meal allowances, health plans, insurance agreements, etc. * Clear communication and empathy, proactivity and continuous improvement mindset, organization, and attention to detail. **Job Location: Barra do Ceará \- Fortaleza/CE** **Working Hours: 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM (Monday to Friday)** **Additional Information** Meals provided at the company (lunch or dinner, depending on shift) Physical food basket after 30 days of employment Easter chocolate basket Christmas gift and Christmas Eve dinner Free parking for employees Transportation (Passe Card or dedicated route for 2nd shift – neighborhoods subject to verification) Grendene Club (discounts on products from Grendene brands, available after 30 days of employment) Bradesco bank branch onsite Onsite pharmacy Grendene University (e-learning platform with courses and training programs) Medical care (infirmary) Dental services Our story has been built over 50 years, driven by simplicity and the collaboration of hands that, with every step, imprint their love for all they do!
