Work at a pediatric hospital providing emergency and urgent care The Dr. Lúcia de Fátima Ribeiro Guimarães Sá Pediatric Hospital of Fortaleza is part of the Municipal Network of Medium-Complexity Secondary Care Hospitals, offering children and adolescents 24-hour clinical emergency, urgent, and inpatient care, with patient reception and risk classification. Children and adolescents (aged 2 months to 17 years) are served at this facility. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform administrative activities for the Department and assist and guide other team members as needed. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Business Administration or related fields, having completed at least two semesters; * Minimum six (6) months of documented experience in administrative routines / procurement area. **Professionals from partner companies, suppliers, and/or service providers; individuals with familial or affinity ties working in the same service or under another contractual arrangement (contractual relationship with the service provider) must comply with current HR regulations, verified through consultation with the Recruitment and Selection Department.** **Additional Information** * Full-time position (40 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM) * Experience with procurement processes and quotations; * Basic knowledge of inventory control and stocktaking; **SPDM – São Paulo Association for Medical Development** is a non-profit, philanthropic civil association, recognized as being of federal, state, and municipal public utility, respectively by Decrees No. 57.925 dated 03/04/1966, No. 40.103 dated 05/17/1962, and No. 8.911 dated 07/30/1970. Since its inception, **PAIS** has pursued, in partnership with public management, the growth and consolidation of health services offered to SUS users.
