Aligned with our DNA, we aim to foster a sustainable, developmental, and safe work environment. **Work Location: Arapiraca/Alagoas** **Responsibilities and Duties** We are seeking a professional to work in a generalist capacity in the People Management area, focusing on administrative tasks, process organization, and direct support to employees. **Main Responsibilities** Provide administrative support to the People Management area, ensuring organization and control of processes; Maintain up-to-date employee documentation, both physical and digital; Support training organization, including scheduling, attendance lists, and controls; Provide support for basic SAP workflows (prior knowledge will be considered an advantage); Communicate with vendors serving the department; Support employee electronic timekeeping routines; Assist employees with benefit-related inquiries; Monitor departmental metrics and support local controls and records; Contribute to organizing and continuously improving internal workflows and processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed High School education. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, HR Technician, Psychology, or related fields; Strong communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
