Design and implement Succession Planning for Senior Management, preparing our leaders for the future. Promote continuous development initiatives for employees, aiming to reduce competency gaps and enhance organizational performance. Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with educational institutions and the market, focusing on talent attraction and development. Monitor operational and behavioral metrics of the team, seeking process improvement and efficiency maximization. Develop the capability of the multidisciplinary team, fostering professional qualification. Conduct needs assessment.
