Job Summary: Professional to operate and monitor video surveillance systems, ensure camera functionality, and manage access. Key Highlights: 1. Daily monitoring and maintenance of security cameras. 2. Video recording management and system configuration. 3. IT technical support and access management. **About the Role: Responsibilities** * Check daily on the DSS dashboard to confirm all cameras are online * Immediately identify and report failures (“No Video”, occlusion, defocus, or IR issues) * Ensure active recordings and adjust Bitrate/FPS to optimize network and disk usage * Configure and operate PTZ cameras during critical hours * Create customized Mosaics/Views per department * Locate/export video segments upon formal request * Perform secure backups of evidence (cloud or external) * Create/remove users in DSS and Active Directory (access control). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School \+ Technical Course in Information Technology, Maintenance/Support, or Networking * Preferred: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (Systems Analysis, Computer Science, IT Management, or Computer Engineering) * Ability to explain technical issues simply (avoiding “tech jargon”) * Skill in prioritizing service tickets and documenting procedures * Familiarity with Help Desk/Service Desk tools * Preferred: Knowledge of DSS Pro VMS or other video surveillance software Compensation: R$3\.242,00 per month Benefits: * Food basket * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
