Responsible for the full cycle of systems analysis and development, from requirements specification, data modeling, and coding through to maintenance and support of solutions. With high technical autonomy, the professional aims to ensure agile restoration of IT services, as well as continuous evolution and enhancement of applications—developing robust and scalable solutions using technologies such as Python and JavaScript, always aligned with organizational processes. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Gather, analyze, validate, and document business requirements in collaboration with users. * Map processes and perform data modeling to implement systems aligned with business rules. * Identify information needs and build interface prototypes based on requirements. * Prepare effort, resource, and timeline estimates using **Use Cases** and **Function Point Analysis**. * Design, develop, implement, and maintain complete information systems. * Develop and maintain **Python back-end applications** (Django/FastAPI/Flask) and/or **JavaScript front-end/full-stack applications** (Node.js/React/Vue/Angular). * Perform relational data modeling and write **complex, optimized SQL queries** for reporting and handling large-scale data. * Select, develop, and maintain development-support frameworks and tools. * Execute system deployment and accompany user acceptance testing (UAT). * Address and resolve development-related tickets in the client’s management system, recording all relevant information. * Diagnose and resolve critical bugs in production environments. * Conduct **Code Reviews** to ensure quality, readability, and adherence to best practices. * Plan, specify, and prepare test data sets for integration testing, eliminating errors and ensuring functionality. * Monitor and evaluate system performance in operation. * Develop and maintain development standards, rules, and component libraries. * Generate and update technical (APIs, diagrams) and operational documentation for systems. * Manage standard object and component libraries. * Prepare managerial and statistical reports related to systems. * Facilitate technical knowledge transfer within the team. * Draft technical opinions regarding the application of new technologies in development. * Disseminate information about standards, rules, and emerging technologies. * Deliver training sessions and develop support materials for users and maintainers. * Participate in technical events when requested by management. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in IT from an institution recognized by the Ministry of Education; or a bachelor’s degree in any field accompanied by a postgraduate certificate (specialization or master’s degree) in IT with a minimum of 360 classroom hours. Python: Solid experience with web frameworks (Django, FastAPI, or Flask) and automation scripts. JavaScript: Proficiency in ES6+, asynchronous programming, and experience with Node.js or modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular). SQL: Proficiency in ANSI SQL and specific dialects (PostgreSQL, Oracle, or SQL Server). Modeling: Proven experience in relational modeling (ERD), normalization, and referential integrity. Administration: Experience creating Views, Stored Procedures, Triggers, and basic database administration.
