Job Summary: Manage the network verification operation, creating loyalty metrics, structuring provider contact routines, and proposing initiatives to enhance the dentist's experience. Key Highlights: 1. Manage the active network verification operation. 2. Propose initiatives to reduce dropouts and improve experience. 3. Apply feedback and monitor operator performance. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage the active network verification operation: confirm whether providers continue to deliver services, identify needs, collect perceptions and improvement opportunities. * Create loyalty metrics and monitor progress. * Structure provider contact routines. * Propose initiatives to reduce dropouts and improve the dentist's experience. * Identify cross-sell opportunities and strengthen partnerships. * Enforce discipline in recording calls and interactions in the system. * Map reasons for network attrition and present periodic reports. * Apply feedback and monitor team operators' performance. * Interface with other departments (Network, Commercial, Operations) to resolve providers' pain points. **Requirements and Qualifications** Mandatory: * Completed undergraduate degree. * Minimum 6 months of prior experience in leadership, management, or similar roles. **Desirable**: * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite * Basic/intermediate computer skills **Additional Information** Work Schedule: 6x1 \- 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday \- 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Saturday Minimum Education Level: Undergraduate Degree * Life Insurance * Totalpass * Dental Care Assistance * Transportation Allowance * Medical Assistance * Corporate University * Pharmacy Partnership * Daycare Assistance * Interclube (discount program) * Meal Voucher * "Count on Me" Program
