Be part of a team that values human talent, fosters creativity, and empowers you to do work that truly matters. **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** * Execute and supervise the Accounts Payable workflow—including payments, reimbursements, advances, and invoice processing—ensuring compliance, quality, timeliness, and adherence to work instructions. * Handle medium- and high-complexity exceptions and discrepancies (documentary, system-related, financial, or approval-related), collaborating with internal teams (Procurement, Logistics, Tax, Accounting, Legal) and suppliers to ensure process fluidity and accuracy. * Monitor SLAs, KPIs, aging reports, productivity metrics, and quality indicators, ensuring operational discipline, traceability, ERP record accuracy, and compliance with Service Center standards. * Conduct root cause analyses, propose corrective actions, and contribute to structural improvements, automation initiatives, workflow simplifications, and reviews of work instructions and governance routines. * Provide technical support to the team (Mid-level, Junior, and Assistants), guiding them on validations, process rules, exception handling, and required quality standards to ensure operational stability. **In addition, the following knowledge is required:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Logistics, or related fields, with solid experience in Accounts Payable, Invoice Processing, and/or Reimbursements within structured environments or Shared Service Centers. * Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably SAP) and intermediate/advanced Excel skills, including the ability to interpret financial documents, validate critical information, and strictly follow policies, workflows, and work instructions. * Experience resolving technical and documentary discrepancies, working with suppliers and internal teams (Procurement, Logistics, Tax, Accounting), and understanding interdependencies among physical receipt, manufacturing operations, and supply chain. * Analytical skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail—ensuring compliance, record quality, financial regulatory adherence, and data-driven decision-making. * Clear communication, collaboration, and autonomy, with the ability to guide junior colleagues, manage high document volumes, and proactively operate in dynamic, standardized, metric-driven environments. **Benefits:** Medical Assistance – 100% company-subsidized (for employee and dependents) Dental Assistance Meal or Food Allowance – no payroll deduction Life Insurance Private Pension Plan Gympass Option to purchase company stock at a discount Pharmacy Discount\* Childcare Assistance\* Language School Partnership\* Extended Maternity and Paternity Leave Profit-Sharing Program (PPR)\* * Subject to current policy Job Location: Nova Lima – MG – Hybrid model
