The goal is to surpass monthly targets set by the company and deliver an enchanting shopping experience. **Key Responsibilities and Activities:** Greet customers, understand their needs, and offer appropriate solutions. * **Department Organization:** Keep the sales area clean, organized, and ensure product restocking. * **After-sales Service:** Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. * **Targets:** Achieve or exceed daily and monthly sales targets. * **Desired Skills:** * **Communication:** Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. * **Empathy and Relationship Building:** Ability to interact effectively with diverse customers and build trust. * **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Prior experience in sales and customer service. * Basic computer literacy.
