




Job Summary: This internship supports the reservations department by providing customer service, handling reservation registration, performing administrative organization, and delivering information about the hotel. Organization and administrative routine of the department **Responsibilities** * Support the reservations department in telephone and email customer service; * Assist with reservation registration and updates in the system; * Provide information regarding rates, availability, and hotel policies; * Support the management of online sales channels; * Contribute to the organization and administrative routine of the department. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or related fields; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, email); * Intermediate English proficiency preferred (an advantage). **Working Hours: 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM** **Work Schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off** Job Type: Internship Compensation: Starting at R$1.000,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance
