**Responsibilities:** * Customer service in person and by phone; * Sale of accessories; * Creating service orders, preliminary product analysis; * Handling complaints and observations when necessary; * Conducting product testing; * Taking photos of the product’s physical condition; * Receiving payment for services rendered; * Closing service orders; * Contacting customers to approve budgets; * Providing information and clarifying doubts. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00, and Saturday from 09:00 to 13:00. **Compensation:** R$ 1.815,00 + VR R$400,00 + Totalpass + VT or Fuel Voucher.
