Specializing in big data analytics, we serve leading players in the automotive industry—including banks, financial institutions, leasing companies, and insurance providers. **JOB DESCRIPTION** We are seeking a **Product Designer** with an analytical and creative mindset, capable of transforming user insights into intuitive and efficient digital experiences. You will lead **discovery processes**, conduct **user research**, and build prototypes in Figma—collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop web and mobile interfaces. **DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Conduct **user interviews and research** to understand behaviors, pain points, and needs. * Support the **Product Owner** in **discovery processes**, identifying opportunities and defining product requirements. * Create **wireframes, navigation flows, high-fidelity prototypes, and visual interfaces** using **Figma**. * Develop and maintain consistent **Design Systems**, aligned with the platform’s visual identity and functional needs. * Collaborate with **product and engineering teams**, ensuring design-implementation coherence. * Design solutions for both **B2B and B2C markets**, prioritizing usability, accessibility, and efficiency. * Present and defend design decisions grounded in data and established UX best practices. * Document research findings, user journeys, and design processes. **REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum **3 years** of experience in UX, UI, Interaction Design, or related fields. * **Proficiency in Figma** (design, prototyping, and component management). * Practical experience conducting **user interviews**, **qualitative research**, and **discovery processes**. * Excellent communication skills, ability to articulate reasoning, and a collaborative attitude. * Portfolio showcasing **web and/or mobile projects**. * Familiarity with **agile methodologies** (Scrum, Kanban, etc.). **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Experience **building Design Systems from scratch**. * Knowledge of **responsive design** and **digital accessibility**. * Experience working on **data-driven products** or **Big Data** solutions. * Basic understanding of HTML/CSS, responsive design, and UX for data environments (dashboards, APIs, reports). **OUR BENEFITS:** * Meal/Voucher Allowance * Mobility Allowance * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Birthday Day Off Employment Type: Full-time CLT Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Childcare allowance * Remote work * Meal voucher Screening Question(s): * What is your expected monthly salary (CLT)? * Are you available to work in a hybrid model three times per week near Trianon Masp Station (Green Line)?
