




Description: * Proven experience in Digital Product Management and leadership of squads/multidisciplinary teams (Design, Engineering, Data). * In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello). Proficiency in data analysis and use of Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Amplitude) and A/B Testing tools (e.g., Google Optimize). * Inspirational leadership with demonstrated experience in building, managing, and developing Digital Product teams, capable of fostering a collaborative environment focused on results. * Strategic business vision, excellent communication skills, and creativity to develop innovative, profitable, and customer-centric products. * Resilience to operate in a rapidly evolving environment. * Promote the Product culture (Product-Led Growth) across the organization, ensuring development remains focused on delivering customer value and business outcomes. * Lead, develop, and engage the team: Build a high-performing Digital Product team, establishing a strong culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning within a dynamic and fast-growing environment. * Balance resource allocation (time, budget, people) among innovation (new products), optimization (evolution of existing products), and maintenance (bug fixes and technical debt). * Ensure scalability and performance of digital products by anticipating high-volume and technically complex demands, with emphasis on data security and architectural resilience. * Maintain smooth, aligned communication with senior and operational stakeholders across various departments regarding product progress and impact. * Manage the full lifecycle of digital products—from ideation through launch, growth, and eventual retirement—ensuring alignment with business vision and strategy. * Define, prioritize, and communicate the product roadmap based on market analysis, user data (quantitative and qualitative), and company strategic objectives. * Lead execution alongside Development and Design teams using agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), ensuring continuous value delivery and improvement of User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI). * Monitor, analyze, and report key performance metrics (North Star Metric, Engagement, Adoption, Conversion, NPS) to support decision-making and identify growth and optimization opportunities. * Lead, mentor, and develop the Digital Product team, fostering an analytical, creative, and results-oriented culture that ensures team engagement and career progression. * Design and implement departmental processes, reporting, budget control, third-party delivery validation, and other administrative topics related to the area. * Collaborate with Portfolio, Acquisition, and CRM/Loyalty teams (and other partner areas) to ensure consistency in offerings and customer experience from the first point of contact with the brand. 2512220202491862448
