Job Summary: As a Process Analyst, you will be responsible for mapping, analyzing, and modeling business processes, identifying organizational impacts arising from the implementation of SAP S/4HANA. Model and optimize processes aligned with system functionalities **Process Analyst \- SAP S/4HANA** ---------------------------------------- **Position Summary:** As a Process Analyst, you will be responsible for mapping, analyzing, and modeling business processes, identifying organizational impacts arising from the implementation of SAP S/4HANA. **Key Responsibilities:** * Elicit and document current (AS IS) and future (TO BE) processes of departments involved in the project. * Analyze organizational and operational impacts resulting from the implementation of SAP S/4HANA, proposing mitigation plans. * Model and optimize processes aligned with system functionalities to enhance efficiency and compliance with corporate standards. * Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to validate processes and align expectations. * Collaborate with IT, change management, and training teams to ensure system adherence to modeled processes. * Support the development of technical documentation and process manuals. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. * Proven experience in business process modeling and analysis. * Practical knowledge of SAP implementation or support projects, preferably SAP S/4HANA. * Familiarity with process management methodologies (BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma, etc.). * Skills in organizational impact analysis and change management. * Strong communication, negotiation, and teamwork abilities. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Certification in SAP or process management. * Experience with modeling tools (Bizagi, ARIS, etc.). * Knowledge of agile methodologies.
