Job Summary: An operational professional responsible for access control in dormitories, ensuring security, order, and customer service, as well as monitoring room availability and conducting patrols. Monitoring and periodic patrols **Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** 12 x 36 shift rotation — Day and Night shifts **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Responsible for controlling access of individuals to dormitories, ensuring safety and order on-site. Identify and register visitors, suppliers, and service providers; issue identification badges and provide guidance on safety regulations. Monitor room occupancy levels, reporting any anomalies or overcapacity to the Traffic Team or company supervisors. Conduct periodic patrols of internal and external dormitory areas, inspecting doors, windows, gates, and other access points to ensure they are properly locked and free of maintenance issues. Provide telephone and in-person customer service, supplying information and clarifying questions from visitors and employees. Assist in organizing and managing internal events, especially during peak seasons. Maintain cleanliness and organization at the reception area, ensuring equipment and work materials remain in good condition. Participate in periodic training sessions and meetings aimed at improving performance and staying updated on safety standards and procedures.
