




Job Summary: Pedagogy internship focused on child observation, identification of needs, dialogue with caregivers, and development of individualized plans. Key Highlights: 1. Working with children and family interaction * Observe the child in various contexts, analyzing behavioral, physical, social, and peer-and-adult interaction aspects. * Identify difficulties and needs presented. * Engage in dialogue with caregivers to align observations and gather information regarding family life. * Organize information for the development of the **PIC – Individualized Behavioral Plan**. * Return to the observed setting to guide and train the caregiver on proposed strategies, monitoring PIC implementation. * Assist in developing plans, progress reports, and feedback sessions for caregivers. * Participate in the development and implementation of the **PEI – Individualized Educational Plan**. Desired Profile: * Pedagogy student from the 4th semester onward * Enjoy working with children and possess affinity for the child population. * Interest in child development and inclusive education. * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and professional demeanor. * Ability to work effectively in teams and communicate with families. * Basic computer proficiency (Word, Excel, and report writing).
