Job Summary: Responsible for operational support analysis and monitoring, configuring and monitoring LAN and WAN assets, performing preventive maintenance, and diagnosing incidents. Incident diagnosis and resolution in network infrastructure Responsible for operational support analysis and monitoring services, adhering to the Contractor's standards and processes. **Responsibilities and Duties** Professionals providing these services must be capable of performing the following support analysis activities: * Configuration and monitoring of LAN\-Local Area Network (local network area) assets, including core switch, edge switches, and routers; * Monitoring and interfacing with the Contractor's WAN\-Wide Area Network (long-distance network) service provider, covering networks interconnecting annex buildings and Judicial Subsections; * Performing network asset administration activities, including analysis, support, and configuration of network elements such as OSI layers, network segmentation (VLANs and Trunking), Spanning Tree Protocol, Link Aggregation, and Ethernet Control; * Configuration of wireless access points and controllers; * Configuration of wireless devices compliant with IEEE 802\.11a, b, g, and n standards; * Configuration of dynamic and static routing, and WAN protocols including PPP, xDSL, and MPLS; * Configuration of WAN traffic acceleration software and devices; * Performing preventive maintenance on LAN and WAN assets through circuit monitoring; * Defining standards and parameters for configuring components comprising the Contractor's network infrastructure; * Diagnosing and resolving incidents/problems related to LAN and WAN network infrastructure; * Participating in projects by providing technical information and specifications regarding network assets; * Authoring technical articles on best practices for network environments and disseminating them among technical teams; * Prospecting solutions and preparing their respective technical specifications to support the Contractor's analyses related to LAN/WAN network infrastructure. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Academic Background:** Completed undergraduate degree in Information Technology. **Professional Experience:** Proven experience in the specified specialty. **Certifications/Courses/Training:** * Course or certification in IT Service Management Fundamentals based on ISO/IEC 20000\-1:2011 * Official ITIL Foundation V3 or higher certification. * Official CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) or higher certification. * Minimum 24-hour course on Videoconferencing technologies, whether covering CODECs and administration/control equipment (MCUs – Firewall Transversal – Controllers) or Webconferencing (e.g., Webex – Zoom – Google Meet – Jitsi Meet); **Additional Information** **Our Benefits:** Hapvida, Bradesco, or Unimed health insurance (applicable per region); Hapvida Odonto or Bradesco Dental dental insurance; Meal allowance or food voucher; Life insurance fully covered by Lanlink; Transportation voucher; Gympass; Auster; Pharmacy discount program; University tuition discount program; Corporate Education Platform; Welcome Kit for newborns; Moodar platform.
