Responsibilities and Duties * Product evaluation; * Plan and perform preventive and corrective maintenance; * Clean the company's IT equipment; * Provide occasional support for all systems used by the company; * Conduct periodic tests on IT infrastructure equipment (data links, uninterruptible power supplies, computers, CCTV, racks, network equipment, and others); * Assist in the product warranty request process; **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Networks, Information Systems, or related fields; * Ability to effectively diagnose and resolve problems using logical and analytical methods; * Strong communication skills to interact with users of varying technical knowledge levels and clearly explain solutions; **SKILLS:** * Organization; * Solid knowledge in areas relevant to the sector, such as networking, information security, and operating systems.
