




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for customer service, vehicle and claims monitoring, operational support, first-level technical support, and report preparation. REQUIREMENTS: * High school diploma; * Minimum 6 months of experience in vehicle monitoring and tracking centers or call center customer service. * Computer literacy. * Ability to communicate clearly and simply. * Good diction and telephone etiquette. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Provide customer service; * Perform vehicle monitoring; * Handle claims, making quick and accurate decisions according to established protocols and priority order, avoiding false alarms; * Support the operations department and interact with field teams to assist in service delivery; * Provide first-level technical support, evaluating through tests whether communication between equipment and the monitoring center is fully functional; * Prepare incident reports, spreadsheets, and other area routines; * Other duties inherent to the position.
