Key responsibilities include managing quality incidents on the Mercedes production line. You must strictly follow established checklists to ensure tasks are correctly executed. This involves performing wiring rework, which may include verifying and adjusting dimensions, correcting clip positioning, installing missing covers, and improving taping. All these actions are essential to prevent negative customer impact and reduce potential costs. Additionally, you must record all relevant wiring information on the checklist and document any defects with photographs. You will also provide the customer with necessary information to identify and resolve specific wiring issues, as well as closely monitor wiring components.
