We are seeking a **Junior Developer** to work on developing **robotic process automation (RPA)** and **artificial intelligence agents**, primarily using **low-code and no-code tools**, with an emphasis on agility, scalability, and real-world impact on employees’ daily activities. We value curious, organized individuals eager to learn and passionate about solving problems in practical and innovative ways. **Responsibilities and duties** * Develop process automations (RPA) for administrative and operational activities across internal departments; * Design, test, and enhance **AI agents** to support employees (internal customer service, technical support, inquiries, and intelligent automations); * Use **low-code and no-code tools** to accelerate development and delivery of solutions; * Integrate internal and external systems via **APIs, webhooks, and connectors**; * Gather requirements from internal users, understand existing processes, and propose improvements; * Document workflows, automations, and developed solutions; * Support the IT department in standardizing and continuously improving automated processes. **Expected or desirable experience:** * Practical or academic experience with process automation; * Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code tools—even personal or academic projects; * Demonstrated interest in automation, RPA, and Artificial Intelligence. **Requirements and qualifications** **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in **Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related fields** * Courses or certifications in automation, RPA, low-code/no-code, or Artificial Intelligence will be considered a plus * Basic to intermediate knowledge of **programming logic** * Familiarity with **low-code and no-code tools** (e.g., n8n, Power Automate, Zapier, Make, or similar) * Basic understanding of **API and webhook-based integration** * Interest in **RPA and Artificial Intelligence applied to business processes** * Strong learning ability, organizational skills, and communication proficiency **Preferred qualifications (not mandatory):** * Basic knowledge of **Python or JavaScript** * Experience with **n8n** or similar automation platforms * Development of **chatbots or AI agents** (e.g., use of LLMs, generative AI automations) * Knowledge of tools within the **Zoho ecosystem** * Familiarity with RPA tools such as **Power Automate Desktop, UiPath, or Automation Anywhere** **Additional information: ** * **Employment type:** Individual Contractor (PJ).
