This professional will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of the company's systems and networks, providing technical support to teams, implementing improvements, and guaranteeing the security and efficiency of our digital processes. **Responsibilities and duties** * Administer servers, networks, and corporate systems; * Provide technical support for hardware and software on equipment used by internal and remote teams and employees; * Perform network configurations, assembly, and maintenance (cabling, switches, routers, Wi-Fi, and other network equipment) used by the company; * Monitor and manage priority requests in the help desk system; * Ensure information security and apply best practices; * Research and implement new solutions to optimize processes. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Networks, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields; * Postgraduate specialization in the field is desirable; * Intermediate knowledge of IT service management; * Knowledge in information security, computer networks, ERP systems; * Database knowledge; * Prior experience in this role. **Additional information** * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Nutritional and psychological support at Clube Saúde; * TotalPass; * Meal allowance; * Transportation allowance; * SESC benefits; * Discounts at universities.
