




Job Summary: Professional responsible for diagnosing, performing preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems of forklifts. Key Highlights: 1. Proficiency in using measurement equipment and diagnostic tools #### **Responsibilities** * Accurately diagnose faults in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems of internal combustion and electric forklifts. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on engines (diesel, gasoline, LPG), transmissions (automatic and manual), and steering systems. * Carry out repairs and replacement of components such as hydraulic pumps, cylinders, valves, electronic modules, and braking systems. * Analyze and interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics to identify problems and failure points. * Conduct post-maintenance operational tests, adjustments, and calibrations to ensure compliance with manufacturer specifications. * Complete detailed technical service reports, documenting parts used, labor hours, and equipment condition. #### **Requirements** * Completed technical education in Mechatronics, Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, or related fields. * Proven experience maintaining forklifts of various brands and models (electric, internal combustion, reach trucks, pallet jacks). * Solid knowledge of embedded electronics, engine injection, and ignition systems for industrial engines. * Ability to use electronic diagnostic tools specific to heavy equipment (scanners, manufacturer software). * Knowledge of and adherence to safety regulations (NR-11 – Transportation, Handling, Storage, and Movement of Materials; NR-12 – Safety in Machinery and Equipment Operations). * Valid driver’s license, category B or higher. #### **Skills** * Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals and parts catalogs. * Proficiency in using measurement equipment such as multimeters, ammeters, and hydraulic pressure gauges. * Welding skills (electric, MIG/MAG) for minor structural repairs on chassis and components. * Ability to identify and resolve issues in battery systems (lead-acid, lithium-ion) and chargers. * Aptitude for precise mechanical and electrical adjustments on complex components. * Basic computer skills for data entry and accessing technical maintenance systems. ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Benefits:** Food basket, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Flexible Meal Voucher, Transportation Voucher ### **Department:** Operations
