Ensure security, availability, and multicloud scalability We seek a professional to act as a technical reference in DevOps, Cloud, and Reliability, responsible for designing, evolving, and maintaining the DevOps and CI/CD platform, as well as operating critical services—ensuring security, availability, performance, governance, and scalability in multicloud and regulated environments. This professional will actively contribute to corporate standardization, technical mentoring, and supporting strategic technical decisions. **What will be your mission on the DevOps team?** **1. DevOps CI/CD Platform** * Design, implement, and maintain scalable, enterprise-wide CI/CD pipelines; * Define pipeline standards (YAML, reusable templates, and quality gates); * Implement deployment strategies (blue/green, canary, and rolling updates) with automated rollback and traceability; * Develop automations and integrate pipelines with AWS, GCP, and Kubernetes environments. **2. Cloud Platform & Kubernetes Infrastructure** * Administer and evolve AWS and GCP environments, including containerized and serverless workloads; * Operate and optimize Kubernetes clusters (EKS/GKE) using Helm and Kustomize; * Create and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code with Terraform, Ansible, and AWX; * Plan capacity, scalability, and resilience of environments. **3. Reliability, Observability & Operations** * Enhance 360° observability (logs, metrics, and traces); * Participate in incident response, advanced troubleshooting, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA); * Maintain critical environments and implement contingency and disaster recovery strategies. **4. Security, Compliance & Governance (DevSecOps)** * Integrate security into the DevOps lifecycle (DevSecOps); * Implement and operate SBOM, Dependency-Track, Trivy, and vulnerability scanners; * Ensure hardening of environments, pipelines, and APIs; * Support regulatory compliance, audits, and access governance (IAM, secrets, and audit trails). **5. Cost Efficiency & FinOps** * Perform tactical FinOps activities, analyzing AWS and GCP costs; * Identify waste and propose cost optimizations (rightsizing, reserved instances, and automated shutdowns); * Create dashboards and consumption reports per product or squad. **6. Development & Application Integration** * Support development teams in resolving build, test, dependency, and performance issues; * Develop scripts, CLIs, and internal tools to automate DevOps processes; * Conduct technical code reviews focused on quality, security, and operability; * Perform targeted technical fixes in source code when necessary. **7. Technical Leadership** * Serve as the technical reference for the DevOps team; * Mentor mid-level and junior engineers; * Review pipelines, code, and corporate technical standards; * Support architectural decisions alongside Development, Architecture, and Security teams. **Basic Requirements:** * Degree in IT or related fields. * Experience as a DevOps / SRE / Platform Engineer. * Strong expertise in Linux, enterprise CI/CD, and automation. * Advanced experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and GitOps (ArgoCD). * Hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/Ansible). * Practical knowledge of AWS and/or GCP. * Experience with observability and maintenance of critical environments. * Scripting proficiency in Bash and/or Python. **Additional Information:** * 100% onsite position — Fortaleza (Downtown); * Contract type: PJ (Individual Entrepreneur); * Health insurance; * Exclusive partnerships and discounts (language schools, car rentals, restaurants, etc.).
