Support for call center department routines **INTERNSHIP \| CALL CENTER / CUSTOMER SERVICE** **Job Description:** The intern will support customer service operations by making phone calls and digital channel contacts, assisting with service routines and information recording, always under team supervision and guidance. **Responsibilities:** * Customer service via phone, chat, and WhatsApp * Providing information about services and appointments * Assistance with data registration and updates in the system * Supporting service follow-up and tracking * Support for call center department routines **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in a technical or undergraduate program (from the 2nd semester onward) in Administration, Communications, Marketing, Commercial Management, or related fields * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Basic computer literacy * Organizational skills and eagerness to learn **Benefits:** * Internship stipend (R$800.00) * Transportation allowance **Work Schedule:** * 6 hours per day (to be arranged) * 30 hours per week * Monday to Saturday **Position Type:** Internship **Location:** (On-site) Position Type: Internship Contract Duration: 24 months Compensation: R$800.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
