




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for monitoring access, managing invoices, recording expenses, and assisting with HR and engineering processes on construction sites. Key Highlights: 1. Management of invoices and monitoring of construction site processes. 2. Support to the Human Resources Department and Local Engineering. 3. Administration of cleaning and catering service contracts. **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break. **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Daily: * Monitoring entry and exit of services and personnel via turnstile; * Verifying and entering all construction site invoices, tracking the process from start to finish. * Performing invoice logging and storage; * Keeping departmental spreadsheets up to date at all times. Monthly: * Verifying payment releases for third-party contractors; * Recording all expenses incurred by the construction site; * Adding justifications and verifying time clock entries with the team; * Reviewing time cards of the construction team; * Requesting invoices from measurement suppliers and entering them into the system. As Needed: * Assisting the Human Resources Department in employee onboarding and offboarding processes; * Supporting Local Engineering in opening new operational position requisitions for the construction site on the recruitment platform; * Ensuring all required documentation for new employee onboarding is complete; * Administering contracts and monitoring service quality of cleaning and catering suppliers on the construction site. **Requirements:** * Desired Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in construction projects * Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. * Desired Computer Skills: Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Day Off, Meal allowance, Transportation allowance
