**Activities:** The **Computer Technician** professional will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and providing support for IT systems and infrastructure, using appropriate methodologies and techniques to ensure service continuity, project efficiency, and maximization of company results. Key activities include: * Implementation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems, software, and corporate applications according to company-defined standards; * Preventive and corrective maintenance of **hardware** (computers, laptops, peripherals, and printers) and **software**; * Installation, updating, and configuration of operating systems (Windows and/or Linux) and various software; * Technical support to users, on-site and/or remotely, resolving questions and issues related to the use of systems, programs, and computer equipment; * Support and assistance for **local area network (LAN)** and **Internet** environments, ensuring proper functionality of connectivity resources; * Monitoring system and equipment performance, identifying failures and proposing solutions; * Guidance and basic training for users on the correct use of installed systems and equipment; * Support in administration and maintenance of physical and wireless networks, ensuring stability, security, and performance; * Logging and tracking of technical support tickets, maintaining a record of performed activities. **Education:** * Completed or ongoing **Computer Technician** or **Network Technician** course; * Or ongoing **Bachelor’s degree** in Information Technology or related fields. **Required Knowledge:** **Mandatory:** * Computer and laptop maintenance; * Installation and configuration of operating systems; * Software installation and maintenance; * Basic printer maintenance; * Customer service and user support; * Proficiency in the **Office Suite**. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Administration of **Windows Server** (Active Directory, DNS, File Server, and Printer Server); * Configuration and management of **Firewall (pfSense and Mikrotik)**; * Knowledge of **Linux**; * Maintenance and administration of physical and wireless networks; * Configuration of **Ubiquiti Wi-Fi** networks; * Basic programming knowledge.
