Job Summary: Perform external tasks, visit clients for service, diagnose and fix equipment failures, provide guidance, and carry out installations and maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Visit clients to address their needs, such as analyzing malfunctioning equipment, diagnosing issues, and performing on-site corrections when possible; otherwise, take the equipment to the lab. Provide equipment usage guidance to clients. Install software packages including Office and AutoCAD, among others. Perform maintenance on CPUs, UPS units, and printers. A valid driver's license category A or B is desirable, as the role requires riding the company motorcycle.
