




The Financial Assistant will be responsible for supporting the finance department's routine activities, working on collection processes, accounts payable, payments, and payment reconciliations, ensuring financial organization and adherence to deadlines. Main Responsibilities: * Conduct active and reactive collection from customers with overdue invoices; * Negotiate outstanding debts and monitor agreed-upon terms; * Send invoices and formal collection notices; * Perform payment reconciliations in the system; * Monitor accounts payable, verifying amounts, due dates, and supporting documents; * Schedule payments; * Track deadlines and confirm payment execution; Requirements and Desired Competencies: * Prior experience in the finance area (collections and accounts payable); * Basic computer skills; * Completed high school education (advantage: technical or higher education degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields); * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility; * Negotiation ability; * Results-oriented mindset and commitment to meeting deadlines.
