Join the Almeida Junior Group and become part of a team committed to transforming dreams into reality! **Main Responsibilities:** * Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability (data cleansing rules, validations, SLAs, data quality monitoring). * Map, collect, and integrate data from multiple sources (ERP/Protheus, CRM, e-commerce, sensors/IoT, logs, relational and non-relational databases). * Design and maintain data models (relational/semi-structured), availability layers (e.g., Bronze-Silver-Gold), and ELT/ETL pipelines. * Automate data flows and processes using integration/orchestration tools (e.g., n8n) and version control best practices (Git). * Develop, automate, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports focused on accuracy, performance, and metric governance. * Define semantic layers, KPI dictionaries, and visual standards; ensure secure self-service access for business units. * Design PoCs/MVPs and implementation plans (functional and non-functional requirements, usability, risks, success metrics). * Prepare data for training/inference, version artifacts, and monitor model performance and drift. * Investigate failures, propose continuous improvements, and guarantee reliable AI operations (observability and AI SLAs). * Act as a change agent, fostering AI adoption, trust, and ethics across the entire organization. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or related fields. * Solid experience in developing, implementing, or supporting AI and automation solutions. * Knowledge of GenAI, machine learning, Python, and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). * Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, data modeling, and programming logic. **Benefits:** * Meal or food allowance; * Parking; * Health insurance; * Annual bonus.
