The professional will join the Solutions & Innovation team, supporting the identification and definition of opportunities where AI can generate real value for operational processes—helping transform Microsoft Power Platform-based tools into increasingly intelligent products. More than a traditional analytics role, we seek someone with curiosity, a product mindset, and interest in exploring how automation, machine learning, and LLMs can drive efficiency and innovation within the organization. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities and Duties:** What will your routine be like? You will be responsible for: * Identifying opportunities to apply artificial intelligence and intelligent automation to operational processes; * Understanding business challenges and translating them into data- and AI-driven solution opportunities; * Exploring and analyzing operational data to identify patterns, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities; * Defining and documenting requirements for new AI-powered features, including objectives, required data, and success metrics; * Helping prioritize initiatives based on business impact and technical feasibility; * Creating analyses, reports, and dashboards to support strategic decisions and future AI initiatives; * Presenting insights and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders; * Collaborating with Data Engineers and technical teams to implement intelligent solutions; * Researching new tools, technologies, and trends in artificial intelligence and automation; * Proactively proposing ideas and improvements, as well as new use cases; * Participating in agile ceremonies, technical discussions, and initiative planning. **Requirements and Qualifications** **For this position, it is important that you have:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in related fields; * Strong interest in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and emerging technologies; * Practical experience with data, whether through academic, personal, or professional projects; * Basic knowledge of SQL or willingness to learn quickly; * Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; * Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills; * Good verbal and written communication skills in English; * Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and accessibly. **Nice-to-Have:** * Personal or academic projects utilizing AI or machine learning; * Experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar; * Knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools; * Knowledge of Python or R; * Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse); * Familiarity with Azure or Microsoft’s AI ecosystem; * Interest in or experience with operational challenges such as resource allocation, capacity planning, or process optimization; * Participation in hackathons, personal tech projects, or independent initiatives; * Advanced English proficiency for conversation, reading, and writing, as the project is international. **Additional Information** **Here’s what you’ll find (Our Benefits):** * All necessary equipment for your work (laptop and peripherals); * Health and dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Mental health program; * Anywhere office — flexibility to work from wherever you need; * VR/VA (Flash benefits card); * Home office allowance (Flash benefits card); * Mobility allowance (Flash benefits card); * Mentoring program for career development and guidance; * Participation in development tracks (investment in courses, etc.) and access to our free platform offering numerous self-learning courses; * English classes with a private tutor; * Awesomeness Committee — delivery of themed and exclusive gifts; * Gympass; * Flexible working hours (40 hours per week); * Birthday day off; * Appreciation — recognition program enabling monthly donation and receipt of 'dentsu dolars'; * 100% remote or hybrid work (your choice).
